What Thailand Care Is
Independent coordination for medical treatment in Thailand
Thailand Care is an independent medical travel coordination service based in Bangkok. We connect international patients with JCI-accredited hospitals across Thailand for surgery, diagnostics and specialist treatment, and we manage the practical side of the journey from your first enquiry through to aftercare once you are home.
We are not a hospital and we do not provide medical care. Every treatment arranged through this site is carried out by a board-certified specialist at a licensed hospital, and every clinical decision is made between you and the doctor who assesses you. Our job is everything around that, and because we sit outside the hospitals we can compare them honestly and tell you when one is not the right fit.

Who We Are
The Management Team Behind Thailand Care
Every case at Thailand Care is overseen by the two of us. I am Nick Peplow, the founder and lead coordinator, and Bea Siriwat is our operations manager, looking after hospital partnerships and quality standards. We lead a small Bangkok based team, so there is no call centre and your case is never passed around a sales desk.
Having lived and worked in Thailand for over a decade, we have built relationships with leading hospitals and international patient departments across Bangkok. So when a quote is slow or a booking needs to move, we deal with the hospital directly. And neither of us is a doctor, which is deliberate. Your medical questions belong with the specialist who examines you. Everything around that is our job.
After years of helping international patients navigate Thailand's healthcare system, we saw how confusing choosing the right hospital for treatment abroad can be. Thailand Care was created to provide independent guidance, so patients can compare accredited hospitals without pressure.

Before you commit, we arrange a video consultation so you can ask questions and hear the treatment plan first hand. The specialist confirms whether treatment is suitable for you, and that decision always sits with the hospital, never with us.
We Arrange the Trip
Dates, admission, visa and a recovery hotel.
Once you are happy, we coordinate your dates, the hospital admission, medical visa paperwork if you need it, and a recovery hotel near the hospital. While you are in Thailand we stay in touch through your treatment and follow ups.
Aftercare From Anywhere
Your direct line to your medical team after you fly home.
After you fly home, we remain the bridge between you and your medical team. If anything concerns you during recovery, we get your questions and reports in front of your specialist and chase the answer.

Free for You. Here Is Why.
Hospitals pay us a coordination fee when a patient books treatment, the same way hotels pay a booking site. You always pay the hospital directly.
You Pay the Hospital Directly
Your quote comes from the hospital in writing. We add no markup and we never handle your treatment money.
The Fee Never Steers Us
Some hospitals pay more than others, and it makes no difference. We match you to the specialist who fits your case.
No Pressure, Ever
If the doctor says treatment is not right for you, or you simply change your mind, that is the end of it.
How We Keep This Site Accurate
Treatment pages are researched and written in house, then checked against published clinical sources before they go live. Prices are the hospitals' own indicative figures, and nothing here is written as medical advice. If you spot something out of date, email us and we will put it right. We do not list every hospital in Thailand, and a place on this site cannot be bought. If our experience with a hospital changes, so does the list.
JCI Accredited
Every partner hospital holds Joint Commission International accreditation, the standard used to assess leading hospitals in the US and Europe.
Thai MoPH Licensed
Each facility is licensed and audited by Thailand's Ministry of Public Health.
Board-Certified Specialists
Treatment is carried out by specialists certified by the relevant Thai medical board, many with fellowship training abroad.
