Independent coordination for medical treatment in Thailand

How We Evaluate Hospitals

Every hospital profile on Thailand Care is researched and written by our own team. No hospital can pay to be listed, ranked higher, or reviewed more favourably, and no hospital sees a profile before it is published.

What we check

  • Accreditation. We verify claimed accreditations against the issuing body's own register or published records, not the hospital's marketing pages. Where a public register exists, the profile links to it so you can check for yourself.
  • Practitioner credentials. We check that named practitioners appear in the hospital's own current directory and record the date we checked.
  • Pricing. Price ranges are compiled from published price lists and quotes we have obtained, and each table states when it was last reviewed.
  • International patient systems. We look for a dedicated international department with real infrastructure rather than a translated website.
  • Practical facts. Phone numbers, transport, shuttle services, payment methods and deposit policies are taken from the hospital's own published pages and date-stamped.

How the checks are done

Our assessments are desk-based. We work from official registers, the hospital's published materials, and the quotes and correspondence we obtain while arranging care for patients. We do not accept payment or hosted visits from any facility we profile.

How we make money

We earn a coordination fee from the hospital only when you choose to book through us. It never changes your price, and it is the same whichever facility you choose from a shortlist, so we have no reason to steer you.

Corrections

Hospitals change. If you find something inaccurate or out of date on any profile, contact us and we will check it against the source and correct it.
